“Docs here actually care. They even call you back a day or two after your visit just to check up on you. They are well staffed so there is little to no wait time even for walk-ins. The place is very clean. Docs are attentive and actually listen to your complaint instead of just signing a script and leaving. The front desk staff are great as well. The woman I had couldn't have been more nice and caring. Health Express is so much better than waiting in a local ER.
“I have never had an experience in any type of a health care environment like I had here. From the atmosphere to the staff to the timely manner in which they took me in I was simply floored. Spread the word this place is top notch and you will not be disappointed. We all know about wait times and the crankiness of some people and the places in health care where we have just come to our wits ends. Well this was a totally new pleasant experience for me. I will use this place whenever I need urgent care! Rock solid!
“There was no wait and I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. I was able to bring my kids into a room with a television, toys and a chalk board and was seen by the doctor in the same room. I left with my diagnosis and prescription to pick up on the way home. I highly recommend Health Express for any ailment you might have. Thanks Dr. Hughes for a wonderful experience!
